All Band performances are a part of being in the St. Paul's "FLAME" Band

JLIT is coming up!

Mr. Viemeister's 4th Quarter Music Notes 

 *Weekly practice records should be up-to-date through out the quarter. Students should keep a routine of practice each week by focusing on tone production, music reading skillswith related fingerings, rhythmic reading skills, correct posture and holding the instrument correctly. All of these are part of the quarterly grade. Additionally, concert participation is required.

*   March 17, 2012 Solo and Ensemble was a great success! Congratulations to all student  participants as well as all of the volunteers.

*Spring band concert will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 6:30 pm in the school's gym. There will be a cookout at 5:30 pm, concert at 6:30 pm and a band "petting zoo" for current 4th graders.  Any questions about your child's progress in band, please contact Mr. Viemeister @ 754-4471 or dviemeister@stpaulsjanesville.com
